For AJJ 'Anything with eyes' .. what do you see?

My page for my AJJ ....'anything with eyes'
What do you see?....  the answer is at the bottom of post :)

 A mix media A5 page using gouache, watercolours and water soluble crayons, black and white Posca pen and a digital quote.


What did you see? ... did you see the word 'eye' on her face.... I started with the word and then drew the rest from there.

    Yes, I saw the letters "eye" before I read your final text. But I never had imagined that you BEGAN with the word and then painted the face around, what a great idea!
    Your digital Moo is also very beautiful, I like the colors and of course the quote!

    I confess, it took me awhile to even FIND the word. DUH. Of course, as soon as I saw it, I couldn't unsee it. It's a wonderful painting and a real beauty. You make impressive art and I'm so glad you're our host this month at Art Journal Journey.

    That tag you made for M&M is gorgeous. Not only do you paint well, you have mad digital skills, too. You are SO versatile, Gill.

    Clever stuff, Gill, and an unusual and striking portrait with her lovely green eyes and mouth.
    It's a pretty Moo too. Is that an American Beauty butterfly - apparently they are having one of their ten year cycles where there are lots of them about in the UK and we have even had four here, but not since the RAINS CAME.
