This makes me think of 'I spy with my little eye'. Lovely piece and a bit creepy! Shame about Dave and his passport, sigh! Hugs, Valerie
ReplyDeleteWow, what a fabulous design! The eye stamp and colouring is amazing and I love how you used the stencil too, almost like snakes eyes 😁. We've had a mixture of rain and sunshine today, so I went our with a friend this morning for a cuppa and some retail therapy ...lol 😉. Happy and creative wishes! Hugs, Jo x
ReplyDeleteOh gosh these eyes are watching me so realistically. The blackness adds an extra spookiness to it.
ReplyDeleteI like the text you've used too.
Wow, this is impressive Gill! I am in awe of it!
ReplyDeleteAnother fabulous piece of art for your hosting topic at AJJ!
You rock!
Big hugs,
Susi
Very clever:) Yes, those cameras ARE everywhere! Love this, Gill!
ReplyDeleteThis is an incredible entry, Gill. I can't believe how much CCTV there is everywhere we go. And of course, people carry their cell phones and cameras, so it's really much harder to get away with things today than it was even just a few years ago. Thanks for yet another great entry for Art Journal Journey, dear Gill.
ReplyDeleteThis is very very cool Gill. I want to say how much fun this challenge has been. You've really created some real looking eyes, as though they are really looking at us. Hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteOne awesome card with many eyes upon me.xx
ReplyDeleteQuite scary when you think of the "eyes" that are watching us everywhere. Reminds me of "Big Brother" and George Orwell. I am instantly drawn to eyes and wish I could paint them as good as others do. Love this piece of yours - now what can i do quickly?
ReplyDeleteHugs, Neet xx
Great journal page... mesmerizing...
ReplyDeleteThis is awesome Gill! I love all of the gorgeous eyes and fabulous gesso background. I love the way you added the extra 'eye' sentiments too, beautiful work of art, for sure!!
ReplyDeleteHugs, Tammy
